{"id":823,"date":"2024-12-03T13:17:27","date_gmt":"2024-12-03T12:17:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/idipavidi.com\/?p=823"},"modified":"2024-12-03T13:17:29","modified_gmt":"2024-12-03T12:17:29","slug":"rudarska-greblica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/idipavidi.com\/en\/rudarska-greblica\/","title":{"rendered":"Rudarska greblica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Sastojci za tijesto:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 g glatkog bra\u0161na<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 g svje\u017eeg kvasca (ili 7 g suhog kvasca)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u017eli\u010dica \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u017eli\u010dica soli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml mlijeka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml ulja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 jaje<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci za nadjev:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 g svje\u017eeg sira<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g mljevenih oraha (opcija: zamijeniti orasima dio sira za klasi\u010dniju verziju)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 jaje<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u017eli\u010dica soli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g rastopljenog maslaca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Svje\u017ee nasjeckani listovi per\u0161ina ili kopra (po \u017eelji)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Priprema tijesta:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>U mlakom mlijeku otopite \u0161e\u0107er i svje\u017ei kvasac te ostavite da se zapjeni (ako koristite suhi kvasac, ovaj korak mo\u017eete presko\u010diti).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U veliku zdjelu prosijte bra\u0161no, dodajte sol, jaje, ulje i uzdigli kvasac.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mijesite tijesto dok ne postane glatko i elasti\u010dno. Pokrijte krpom i ostavite da se di\u017ee na toplom mjestu oko 1 sat ili dok se tijesto ne udvostru\u010di.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Priprema nadjeva:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>U zdjeli pomije\u0161ajte svje\u017ei sir, mljevene orahe, jaje, sol i rastopljeni maslac. Po \u017eelji dodajte svje\u017ee nasjeckano bilje za aromu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oblikovanje greblice:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uzdignuto tijesto podijelite na dva dijela i razvaljajte u pravokutnike.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Na sredinu svakog pravokutnika stavite nadjev, ostavljaju\u0107i rubove slobodne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preklopite tijesto preko nadjeva s obje strane, poput omotnice, i lagano pritisnite rubove kako bi se zatvorili.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pe\u010denje:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Polo\u017eite greblice na lim oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje, prema\u017eite ih razmu\u0107enim jajetom i ostavite da odmore jo\u0161 15 minuta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj pe\u0107nici na 180\u00b0C oko 30 minuta, dok ne dobiju zlatno-sme\u0111u boju.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Poslu\u017eivanje:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ohladite na re\u0161etki prije rezanja. Nastao je u 16. stolje\u0107u kao skromno jelo rudara koji su radili u rudnicima \u017eeljeza i bakra. \u017dene rudara, uz ograni\u010dene resurse, izra\u0111ivale su greblicu koriste\u0107i osnovne namirnice poput bra\u0161na, sira i oraha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ime greblica dolazi od alata za ravnanje \u017eara u kru\u0161nim pe\u0107ima \u2013 grebla, jer su doma\u0107ice tim alatom poravnavale \u017ear kako bi ravnomjerno pekle ovaj jednostavni obrok. Kola\u010d je bio prakti\u010dan za rudare jer se mogao lako ponijeti na posao, a bio je hranjiv i dugo je trajao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Danas je rudarska greblica za\u0161ti\u0107eni nematerijalni kulturni proizvod Hrvatske, a u Rudi se svake godine odr\u017eava manifestacija posve\u0107ena ovoj tradiciji. S raznim varijacijama nadjeva, od slanih do slatkih, greblica i dalje odu\u0161evljava svojom skromno\u0161\u0107u i bogatim okusom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img
